This beautiful old purse for its age is in fantastic condition!<br>The front of the purse is made from a gathered fabric that is Victorian brown/copper in color. The flip side is of a soft brown fur (rabbit?)<br>There is a workable zipper in the front. It has a silk ribbon type handle.<br>The original tags are still on this piece! I did some research and this store was open in Lincoln, NE from 1884-1910 according to an article called Lincoln's Retail Store History that was published in 1954 in the Lincoln Sunday Journal And Star. (I will include pictures of my research)<br>Measurements are included in the pictures.<br>There is some discoloration at the top of the bag (see pictures)<br>From a smoke free home.
