Antique 1918 US Army military commission document for Charles Foster Cooley, appointed Corporal of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I.
Document is attached to what appears to be construction paper, with newspaper clippings from 1918 on the reverse. Charles F. Cooley also served in the Spanish American War. After WWI, he joined the ATF in April 1922 and served as a Prohibition Agent. A rare piece of US history!
